Pi'iku Co. is a Hawai'i-based 501(c)(3) workforce intermediary. We run paid 12-week internships that place early-career local technologists into product teams at local companies. Interns build real features. Companies get skilled work. Alumni leave with a portfolio, a network, and a path into a tech career they can actually have here.
We sit between two groups that don't reach each other on their own: local people who could be working in tech, and local employers who keep outsourcing what local people could be building. Pi'iku is what makes those connections happen and stick.
